Cassie was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She made the entire process effortless and was always very timely, responsive, and helpful with any questions. She checked in occasionally to ensure all was well which was above and beyond of her! Her place is beautiful and the view is just perfect! Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing stay at the beach. Close to everything, right on the water, and a fire pit to make s’mores and memories. Going to come back every year

Cassie’s place was amazing and just as described. You can’t beat the view, and it is such a comfy space. Cassie checked in, and was available, if needed, but I had zero problems. I can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice to have an oceanfront place which was pretty clean and modern. However the shower was really tiny which I didn’t pay particular attention to in the listing. Also it was a bit noisy with the footsteps of the people above us, but I think you’ll get that with any house with someone above you. Loved having the double sliders open and enjoying the sound of the ocean for our entire stay. Note that this studio is the middle floor. The listing says ground level, which is technically accurate but I assumed that meant bottom floor when I first saw the description. We didn’t want bottom floor and Cassie quickly responded that this unit is ground level and the bottom floor is sea level which makes sense, but could be confusing if you aren’t used to houses like this.

10/10 – Highly Recommend! This place was perfect! The private beach area in the backyard was a huge bonus, and there’s plenty to explore nearby. We especially loved Pier Pizza and Ty’s Burger House, both were absolutely 10/10. The pier is just a short drive or about a 25-minute walk. We tried both and enjoyed the views either way. The condo itself is amazing. Every morning, we walked right out back and started fishing, such a relaxing way to start the day. Watching the sunset from the balcony was the perfect way to end it.

This was a great place to stay. Cassie was very helpful and responsive- with responses in less than 5 minutes (typically immediately). The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outside space and took advantage of the fire pit. We brought bikes to ride down to the beach and stored them in the garage. There were plenty of towels, fans, hangers, storage space- it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Would definitely stay again. Location is great, and the view is unbeatable. The inside is very nice and beds were very comfortable which is not always common at an airbnb. Cassie always responded right away. We had an issue with the tv and she had it replaced asap. Would definitely recommend to anyone

This is a perfect spot if you’re wanting a cozy spot right on the ocean! I had looked at a bunch of hotels and nothing was right on the water like this was. Not to mention that it is nicely decorated and very clean! We had a great time!

A few words immediately come to mind.... Breathtaking, Amazing, Clean, and a perfect location. To start we arrived early, and Cassie let us check in early which was wonderful. The view was amazing, and we saw dolphins as soon as we got there. The place is very clean and close to tons of activities and restaurants. Everything we could need to enjoy the beach and San Diego. Wish I could give 10 stars. Can't wait to come back!!!!

Cassie’s location was exactly as described and provided our family with a great getaway not too far from home. We loved being able to go to and from the beach with direct access at any time of day. We got to see multiple pods of dolphins throughout our stay. This is a great place for a family.
