-Trash is picked up every Tuesday. Please put bins out Monday evening and bring them in by Tuesday evening. -Be aware of posted street sweeping signs, and do not block emergency lanes or driveways. Host will not reimburse any fines resulting from improper parking. -Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Guests are financially responsible for clogs due to improper use. -Stained/damaged linens will be charged to guests according to replacement costs. -Please ensure windows and doors are closed during any inclement weather.All windows and doors must be closed prior to leaving the unit for any length of time. Guests are financially responsible for any interior damage due to open windows and/or doors. -Use appliances, electronics, and other equipment in the property responsibly. -Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of garbage in designated bins and follow recycling guidelines if provided. -Smoking is not permitted on the property. This includes the deck and balconies. -Parties and additional overnight guests are not allowed. -Report any damages to the host as soon as reasonably possible. Guests may not attempt DIY repair or call their own repair person. -Please use caution taking the steps down to the public beach. Do not use neighbors' steps. -The private beach is a shared guest amenity. Respect the property and its surroundings, including any shared areas or facilities. -In case of emergency, familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and emergency exits. -You can contact us if you need any assistance or recommendations. -We are unable to accept guests with no reviews. -Non-refundable booking dates cannot be changed outside of the cancellation window. City Law- The maximum number of daytime guests allowed is 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises are prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am. Charcoal BBQs are not permitted on property. Pet Rules- -Non shedding pets under 20lbs are allowed. All other pets must be approved by host. -Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fee. -Pets are not allowed on the public beach. -Pets must be potty trained and up to date on shots -No barking or chewing -If left alone pets must be put in a crate, pen, or kennel.
