House Rules

🏑 House Rules Trash: Pickup is every Tuesday. Please put bins out Monday evening and bring them in by Tuesday evening. Parking: Follow posted street sweeping signs and do not block driveways or emergency lanes. Fines due to improper parking are the guest’s responsibility. Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for any clogs caused by improper items. Linens: Stained or damaged linens will be charged at replacement cost. Weather: Close all windows and doors during bad weather and anytime you leave the unit. Guests are responsible for any weather-related interior damage. Appliances: Use all appliances, electronics, and equipment responsibly. Cleanliness: Keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly. Smoking: Not allowed anywhere on the property, including decks and balconies. Parties: Not permitted. No extra overnight guests allowed. Damages: Report any issues to the host ASAP. Do not attempt repairs or bring in outside services. Beach Access: Use only the designated stairs to reach the beach. Do not use neighbors’ stairs. Shared Areas: Be respectful in shared spaces like the private beach and backyard. AirBnB: We are unable to accept guests with no reviews. Non-refundable booking dates cannot be changed outside of the cancellation window. 🚨 Safety Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and fire extinguisher locations. Reach out to us anytime for help or local recommendations. ⚠️ City Regulations Max 10 daytime guests (7am–10pm), regardless of bedroom count. No excessive noise between 10pm–10am. Charcoal BBQs are not allowed on the property. 🐢 Pet Rules All pets must be added to the booking prior to your stay. One non-shedding dog under 20lbs is allowed. All others must be approved. There is a one-time $200 pet fee. This fee goes directly towards ensuring the unit remains as allergen-free as possible. No cats permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur an additonal $100 fee. Pets must be house-trained and up to date on vaccinations. No barking or chewing. Pets must be crated or kenneled if left alone. Pets are not allowed on the public beach.

Really enjoyed our stay on the top floor of this beautiful condo. The place was extremely clean, nicely furnished and had a stellar view of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to grocery stores, eateries, shops and local color. A short drive down the cost took us to other charming coastal towns to explore. Cassie was a wonderful host and made the rental experience easy. We would defiantly rent this property again in the future.

This beach house had fantastic views and an amazing backyard. Its just down the strand from restaurants and shopping as well. Cassie was so nice and extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Absolutely perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing stay at the beach. Close to everything, right on the water, and a fire pit to make s’mores and memories. Going to come back every year

We’re conveniently located near I-5, Hwy 76, and Hwy 78, making it easy to explore all of San Diego County. There’s plenty of street parking on the block. For public transit, the North County Transit District offers the Sprinter light rail, Breeze buses, and the Coaster train for coastal trips to downtown San Diego. Oceanside is bike-friendly with dedicated lanes, paths, and bike-share options like LimeBike and Ofo. Downtown and the beach are all within a pleasant walk, so you can easily enjoy local shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot.
