House Rules
π‘ House Rules Trash: Pickup is every Tuesday. Please put bins out Monday evening and bring them in by Tuesday evening. Parking: Follow posted street sweeping signs and do not block driveways or emergency lanes. Fines due to improper parking are the guestβs responsibility. Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for any clogs caused by improper items. Linens: Stained or damaged linens will be charged at replacement cost. Weather: Close all windows and doors during bad weather and anytime you leave the unit. Guests are responsible for any weather-related interior damage. Appliances: Use all appliances, electronics, and equipment responsibly. Cleanliness: Keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly. Smoking: Not allowed anywhere on the property, including decks and balconies. Parties: Not permitted. No extra overnight guests allowed. Damages: Report any issues to the host ASAP. Do not attempt repairs or bring in outside services. Beach Access: Use only the designated stairs to reach the beach. Do not use neighborsβ stairs. Shared Areas: Be respectful in shared spaces like the private beach and backyard. AirBnB: We are unable to accept guests with no reviews. Non-refundable booking dates cannot be changed outside of the cancellation window. π¨ Safety Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and fire extinguisher locations. Reach out to us anytime for help or local recommendations. β οΈ City Regulations Max 10 daytime guests (7amβ10pm), regardless of bedroom count. No excessive noise between 10pmβ10am. Charcoal BBQs are not allowed on the property. πΆ Pet Rules Non-shedding dogs under 20 lbs allowed; all others must be pre-approved. No cats permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fee. Pets must be house-trained and up to date on vaccinations. No barking or chewing. Pets must be crated or kenneled if left alone. Pets are not allowed on the public beach.

The block around this unit provides plenty of street parking. If you're taking public Transportation, the North County Transit District operates the Sprinter. A light rail system connecting Oceanside to neighboring cities like Escondido, while the Breeze buses provide local and regional transportation. There is also the Coaster train for traveling along the coast between Oceanside and downtown San Diego. We are a bike-friendly city, and cycling can be a convenient way to get around.
